Shipping & Delivery

• We try to dispatch all orders within 24–48 hours on normal business days. Shipments are not dispatched on Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays. Delivery dates and times are not guaranteed and depend on the courier partner and delivery location.

• Shipping and handling charges are displayed at checkout before payment.

• A shipping charge of ₹49  applies to orders below ₹499.

• Orders are delivered in fully sealed packages to ensure proper protection of the goods.

• Delivery typically takes 24–48 hours on normal business days from order confirmation, subject to the shipping address and courier partner. If the estimated delivery date has passed and tracking information has not been updated, please allow an additional 1–2 days.

• Claims for shortages or damages must be reported to Customer Support within 48 hours of receiving the order.

• Orders may be delivered in multiple shipments, depending on the products ordered.
